One More Frida

I’m sorry if anyone is bored with Frida, but I don’t think I ever will be.  I promise that this will be the last, for awhile.  I just got on a Frida trip on her birthday, but it’s re-hab time, and I will move on. Promise. I don’t promise I won’t fall off the wagon.

She doesn’t have words, but maybe she doesn’t need any.  we shall see.

I want to thank Seth http://thealteredpage.blogspot.com for being such a kind and generous spirit in encouraging and show casing all of the wonderful artists of all genres.  If you have the time, check out his art, you will be in love.  Also click on the links he put up for his Buried Treasure collaboration.  Too much fun.  Way too much.  Plus, I believe he extended the dead-line, so you still have a chance to join…

Love to all, Lisa

  1. I think Fridas are fine, I painted Fridas myself for a long time and now every so often she pops onto one of my canvases. Never let go of Frida : )

  2. Fridas are good. They are up there with other female archetypes like Eves and Venuses. All show the sensual, creative, passionate, and loving spirit of a woman. It's a beautiful piece.

Thank you for taking the time to comment ♥
