Surprises and Puzzles

Yesterday afternoon, in my mailbox, I found an unexpected package!

I was almost too excited to get in from the cold to open it!  Look!DSCN0502 It came from Chicago from my sister- friend, Lisa D.  I have never met her in person, but she feels like someone I know…Know what I mean?  After all, how many people are named Lisa D, just like me?

Lol.  Anyway, she sent me a card with one of my favorite pictures on it.  See what I mean…who but a sister friend would know I heart Frida?

It is so much fun to hold a card with a real handwritten message in it.

Then, the journal.  Lisa made this book at an art class.  I’ve looked at it at least 4 times…it is beautiful!

DSCN0503 DSCN0505 DSCN0504 It was such a surprise, so special because it is a work of art from someone I admire.  Thank you very much Lisa!  I say it all of the time, but it is true…

I AM BLESSED!

Go visit Lisa D ‘s blog.  She paints the way I want to when I grow up!

Yesterday, I spent hours playing with my treasures, altering some, creating other bits…Now I think I have all of the pieces…
DSCN0506 I just need to put the puzzle together.  What fun!

You know I’ll show you when I am done!

Have a Shiny, Happy Tuesday!

xoxo
